The WEWORLD Group operates the largest Japanese language education institution in Japan, with over 7,000 international students enrolled throughout the year from over 120 countries and regions around the world. Our recruitment business introduces a diverse range of talent to meet the hiring needs of companies, including graduates of top-ranked universities, people with work experience in their home country, people seeking employment on a specific skills visa, and people with part-time experience in Japan.
Work-ready talent from all over the world enroll at ISI across four starting dates a year. We cover everything from high-level human resources (technical personnel) such as engineers and managers to personnel with the specified skilled worker visa and part-time workers. We can respond to year-round recruitment plans.
Our specialized counselors are available in multiple languages to assist with the registration process for foreign workers. This allows us to provide smooth communication and support that transcends language barriers.
The Group’s Career Centre offers comprehensive support to help job seekers succeed in their job search in Japan, including resume editing and job interview practice. We have a proven track record and provide trusted support to both companies and job seekers.
