We will also strive to protect the assets and information entrusted to us by our customers, continue prioritized operations with our remaining capabilities, and make preparations, responses, and arrangements to resume operations as quickly as possible, striving to provide a stable supply of the products and services we handle.
The key points of our business continuity plan are as follows:
- Our top priority is to protect the lives and safety of our customers, staff and their families.
- We will work with the local community to prevent disasters and to recover from them.
- We will strive to protect the assets and information entrusted to us by our customers.
- Even in the event of a disaster, we will strive to continue business operations as much as possible to minimize the impact on customers, employees, business partners, and other related parties, and to fulfill our responsibilities as a corporation.
- We will develop a business continuity system in anticipation of disasters, etc., formulate a business continuity plan, and strive to continually improve our action manuals, etc.
- In the event of an outbreak of human-to-human infection such as a new strain of influenza, we will promptly take necessary measures to prevent the spread of infection, such as quarantining the office and shifting employees who are not engaged in ongoing operations to work at home.
- We will devote the necessary management resources to implement this policy.
When implementing BCM in accordance with this basic policy, we will ensure that all employees comply with the policy and stipulations, and will disclose this information on our website and other media. In the event of an anticipated crisis, we will promptly issue a BCP implementation and each employee will fulfill his/her role under the predetermined operation system.
