CSR Initiatives

As a corporate group that is trusted by society,
we are working to create a better society.

  • Refugee Support Project

WEWORLD provides free Japanese language education to people who have been forced to evacuate their home countries, helping them to settle into Japanese society and find hope for the future.
This activity has been recognized as a collaborative project with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and in recent years we have been working with several domestic NPOs to provide support to people evacuated from Ukraine.

  • Global Environmental Initiatives

We are taking various measures to make the most of limited resources and protect the environment for the future.

    Environmental Education
At the vocational school we operate, Tokyo Business and Foreign Language College, we have incorporated a class called “Earth Agenda” into the curriculum for all students, working to ensure that all students are environmentally conscious.
Environmental considerations in the educational field
The WEWORLD Group is working to reduce the amount of paper consumed, especially in the educational field, with the aim of digitalizing education.
  • International Cooperation and Exchange Initiatives

The WEWORLD Group accepts international students from all over the world to Japan, and holds events where Japanese students and local residents can interact internationally, contributing to deepening mutual understanding.
The educational effects of this program are intended to be an opportunity for international students to strengthen their ties with Japanese society, and for Japanese students to actually interact with students from other countries and broaden their horizons to the world.

  • Diversity

We value diversity not only among our students but also among our group members. We aim to be a company where everyone can demonstrate their abilities, regardless of gender, nationality, or disability, and we actively hire diverse human resources.
