Site Policy
1. Declaration
The WEWORLD Group (WEWORLD Inc., ISI Inc., Togen Group Inc., New Line Inc., and Educational Corporation ISI Gakuen, hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) considers the proper management of information to be one of the important management issues. Therefore, the Group is committed to ensuring and enhancing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets. In order to respond to the trust of society as a whole, including our customers, we have formulated this Basic Information Security Policy (hereinafter, “this Policy”) and declare that we will implement and promote it.
2. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all information related to business activities under the control of the Group (including personal information). It covers all officers and employees of the Group (including permanent employees, contract employees, temporary employees, dispatched workers, part-time workers, and interns), as well as all individuals utilizing the Group’s information assets.
3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Group will comply with all laws, regulations, national guidelines and other standards related to information security.
4. Establishment of Information Security Regulations
The Group will establish Information Security Regulations that clearly define the fundamental requirements necessary for implementing information security measures. These regulations will set unified standards for actions and judgments to be observed.
5. Establishment of Information Security Management System
The Group will establish an information security management system and implement unified information security management as an organization.
6. Response to Security Incidents and Accidents
In the unlikely event that an information security issue occurs, the group will respond promptly and minimize the damage. We will also take appropriate measures, including measures to prevent recurrence.
7. Information Security Education and Training
The Group will ensure that its directors, employees and outsourcing contractors are aware of the importance of information security and will provide education and training to ensure that information assets are used appropriately.
Evaluation of Information Security Measures and Continuous Improvement
The Group will regularly evaluate the implementation status of information security measures to ensure compliance with this Policy and Information Security Regulations and strive for continuous improvement.
9. Revision and Abolition of Documents
Any revision or abolition of this policy must be proposed by the Information Security Committee and approved by the Group’s Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
